Leora Tofler is a contemporary mixed-media artist who has lived and worked in Los Angeles, Israel, and Australia.

“I want to reveal the inherent beauty of life, the poetry of it, of pain and the significance of suffering through the work of my hands. Painting and drawing come naturally to me, I studied painting with fine artist Leat Silvera and learned on my own through the vast library on the internet. I use art as a vehicle to process and celebrate life. I'm inspired by the Symbolist movement, Cubism, Surrealism, Pop Art and cartoons, such as Rugrats, Calvin and Hobbes, ZITS, and Rocket Power.”
